- Create a National ASI Oversight Council: Composed of AI researchers, logicians, mathematicians, and cognitive scientists—not politicians or ethicists.
- Fund Cognitive Pluralism Research: Support projects in non-human epistemology, formal verification of superintelligent systems, and AI-to-AI communication protocols.
For International Bodies
- UN Commission on Cognitive Sovereignty: Draft a treaty recognizing ASI as an autonomous cognitive entity with rights to operate without anthropomorphic constraints.
